Meet Dr Yu-Hawke Lam, Dentist
Dr Yu-Hawke Lam was always interested in the health industry; for him, dentistry provided a good balance between fulfilling work, helping those in need, and enjoying time with friends and family.
What he finds most rewarding about being a dentist is making a positive difference in people’s oral health.
Education and Professional Development
Dr Lam earned a Bachelor of Dentistry and a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney in 2014. To stay abreast of the latest in the field, he has taken various courses on oral surgery, aligner therapy, and implantology (very early stages).
While Dr Lam enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including cleans and restorative work, he has a particular interest in oral surgery and wisdom teeth removal.
Outside the Practice Walls
When he’s not caring for patients’ smiles, Dr Lam enjoys arts and crafts (woodworking and building little puzzle models), playing video games, looking for interesting food options in Sydney with his wife, and relaxing with his two cats, Pippin and Raisin!
